This class is required  in order to qualify for the GA Real Estate state exam.  

When: January 21-March 12, 2026 (No class Feb. 5, 2026)

Days: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

Time: 6:30 PM- 9:30 PM

Exam: Thursday, March 12, 2026
